Ultimately, an indispensable Relationship Executive will take ownership of their work, including their role in promoting clients’ interests. Job Description:- • Ensure regular contact with existing clients to maintain our company’s presence. • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to better understand each client’s requirements. • Identify a range of our offerings that could meet the goals and values of each client. • Repair disengaged or fractured relationships. • Propose and deliberate potential solutions in consultation with clients. • Encourage clients to upgrade their existing packages and to purchase additional offerings. • Settle clients’ concerns in a swift and professional manner. • Harness internal relationships to better address clients’ needs and to maximise our profits. • Cultivating solid relationships with clients through the provision of exceptional after-sales service. • Regularly interacting with clients through telephone calls, email communications, or face-to-face meetings. • Identifying ways to provide new marketing ideas to enhance the brand and also generate business opportunities for the client • Maintaining an accurate record of all marketing activities • Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner. • Interact with Team / developers via email or phone regularly to provide status updates, learn new workflows and systems, and promote additional services. • Ability to analyze documents and follow complex rules. • Ability to stay focused for an extended period of time. • Ability to use own initiative for problem solving Roles & Responsibilities • Bachelor’s / masters degree in business administration or an industry-related field. • Proven experience working as a client servicing executive. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft word • Working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. • The ability to work efficiently under pressure. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Exceptional customer service skills • Strong knowledge of branding • Understanding of digital marketing
