Job Description
- Operate CNC machines and printing plotter machines as per approved drawings and job specifications.
- Load, set, and align materials (ACM, MDF, Acrylic, Vinyl, Flex, etc.) on machines properly
- Read and understand job files, drawings, and cutting/printing instructions.
- Ensure correct machine settings, tools, and parameters before starting the job.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure smooth functioning and quality output.
- Perform basic machine maintenance, cleaning, and daily checklist activities.
- Identify and report machine issues, material defects, or deviations immediately
- Maintain production records, job status, and material consumption details.
- Follow safety guidelines, SOPs, and quality standards at all times.
- Coordinate with design, quality, and production teams for smooth workflow.
- Ensure minimum material wastage and proper handling of finished goods.
