Role Overview

The Teaching Assistant will support the main teacher in managing daily class activities, maintaining discipline, helping students, and ensuring smooth academic operations. This role is ideal for someone with good communication skills and a positive attitude toward working in a school environment.

• Key Responsibilities
• Assist the main teacher in conducting daily classes.
• Help manage student discipline, seating, and classroom behaviour.
• Support teachers with class materials, preparation, and activity setup.
• Ensure students understand instructions and stay engaged.
• Maintain attendance records and basic classroom documentation.
• Coordinate with teachers and school staff for smooth class operations.
• Help in managing small groups of students during activities.
• Provide academic and operational support during events, exams, or school programs.
• Report daily class status to the coordinator or school management.
