Reports To: Operations Head

Role Objective

To ensure consistent, high-quality coffee experiences across all outlets by driving barista capability,

beverage standardization, innovation, and menu profitability — while strengthening the brand’s

position within the specialty coffee ecosystem.

Core Responsibilities

• Establish and enforce beverage quality benchmarks across all stores.

• Design and deliver structured barista training programs and skill frameworks.

• Conduct periodic store audits for recipe adherence and espresso calibration.

• Develop new beverage concepts, seasonal menus, and Limited Time Offers (LTOs).

• Optimize recipes for cost efficiency and ensure target gross margins.

• Monitor beverage-related customer feedback and reduce remake rates.

• Implement Train-the-Trainer model for scalable capability building.

• Build relationships with roasters and represent the brand at coffee events.
