Job Description
- Handle X bucket personal loan accounts (DPD as per company definition).
- Make outbound collection calls to customers with overdue payments.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements in line with company policies.
- Achieve monthly recovery targets (resolution %, collection value).
- Conduct follow-ups and ensure timely commitments to pay (PTPs).
- Identify skip cases, incorrect contact details, and update system records.
- Escalate chronic default cases to field recovery or legal teams as required.
- Maintain accurate and detailed call logs and customer interaction notes.
- Ensure 100% compliance with RBI guidelines, fair practice code, and company SOPs.
- Coordinate with credit, legal, and field collection teams for resolution.
- Handle customer objections professionally and de-escalate difficult conversations.
