Job Description
- Handle delinquent accounts in the hard bucket (90+ Days Past Due) category.
- Conduct regular field visits to meet defaulting customers and guarantors.
- Execute collection strategies to maximize recovery and reduce NPAs.
- Negotiate repayment plans and settlements in line with company policies.
- Track and monitor portfolio performance and update collection systems regularly.
- Coordinate with legal teams for cases requiring escalation or legal action.
- Ensure adherence to compliance, audit, and regulatory guidelines during collections.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and recovery efforts.
- Achieve monthly collection targets and minimize roll-forward cases.
