Collection Executive – Real Estate

We are looking for a result-driven Collection Executive with prior experience in real estate collections. The role involves managing client payment follow-ups, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining accurate records while coordinating closely with the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with clients for  payments and pending dues
• Manage daily calls & WhatsApp reminders for collection
• Handle client communication and payment recovery professionally
• Coordinate with the sales team for collection updates and closures
• Maintain accurate payment records and reports in Excel/CRM
• Ensure timely collections as per targets

Must-Have Experience:

• Experience in real estate collections is mandatory
• Hands-on experience with installment-based payment follow-ups
• Strong background in client dealing & payment recovery
• Experience in coordinating with sales teams for collections

Key Skills Required:

• Strong follow-up and persuasion skills
• Good negotiation & convincing ability
• Clear communication (Hindi required, basic English)
• Ability to handle difficult clients calmly and professionally
• Basic Excel and data management skills
• Well-organized in maintaining payment records

Work Requirements:

• Ability to handle collection targets and work under pressure
• Comfortable with regular and repetitive follow-ups
• Maintain daily reporting discipline
• Quick response attitude with a strong ownership mindset
