Job Description
Guide and monitor the collection calling team to achieve targets
Manage dialer operations, campaigns, and call productivity
Prepare and share daily overdue sheets with all branches
Maintain accurate MIS and collection data
Maintain complete and up-to-date records of seized or realized vehicles, including vehicle details, yard location, and current status.
Track team performance and share daily/weekly reports
Coordinate with branches for overdue updates and closures
Ensure compliance with company collection policies
