Position Title: Pizzailo/Commis

Job Type: Full-time

Location: WTP, Jaipur,Rajasthan

Job Responsibilities:

1) Makes pizza, pasta & salads themselves

2) Inventory as per FIFO, knows which product should go first

3) Takes care of food hygiene cross contamination and allergens

4) Assists the Sr. Pizzaiolo with every work to learn more

Competencies and Requirements:

• Skills:
• Good knowledge of food preparation and cooking methods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen hygiene.
• Experience:
• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in same or similar role in a kitchen.
• Personality Traits:
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team.
• Enthusiasm for learning new techniques and contributing to kitchen operations.
