Job Description

  • Create and digitize embroidery designs using computer embroidery software (e.g., Wilcom, Pulse, Tajima DG/ML, Hatch).
  • Adjust stitch types, densities, colors, and sequencing for optimal embroidery quality.
  • Test designs on embroidery machines and make necessary corrections.
  • Operate and support computerized embroidery machines when required.
  • Ensure designs meet customer specifications and production standards.
  • Collaborate with production, sales, and quality control teams.
