Computer Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Management: Enter, update, and maintain data for dispatches, deliveries, and inventory in computer systems/databases.
• Tracking & Monitoring: Track shipments, update status in the system, and monitor logistics flow.
• Reporting: Generate simple reports, summaries (e.g., Excel), and driver incentives.
• Coordination: Confirm order details, addresses, and liaise with sales/operations teams.
• Documentation: Assist with carrier and export documentation as needed.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivots) and general computer operations.
• Strong attention to detail, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication (verbal & written) for team coordination.
• Relevant experience in data operations, logistics, or back-office roles.

Logistics background prefer.
