Key Responsibilities:Operate and maintain computer systems and peripherals

• Perform data entry and ensure accuracy in reports and records
• Handle routine backups, printing, and file management tasks
• Monitor systems for errors or issues and report them to IT staff
• Maintain data confidentiality and follow IT security protocols
• Generate and print reports as needed by departments
• Assist staff with basic computer troubleshooting and support

Key Requirements:Basic knowledge of computers, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Familiarity with data entry and record management
• Basic understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Typing speed of at least 30–40 wpm preferred
