Computer Operator

Job Description:

We are looking for a sharp and responsible Computer Operator to manage our restaurant’s billing and online orders. You will be the main person handling our POS system and ensuring all financial entries are accurate.

​Key Responsibilities:

​Billing: Generating accurate bills for walk-in customers and handling payments (Cash/UPI/Cards).

​Online Orders: Managing Swiggy, Zomato, and Magicpin tablets—accepting orders and updating the menu.

​KOT Management: Ensuring Kitchen Order Tickets (KOT) are printed correctly and sent to the chef on time.

​Daily Reports: Preparing daily sales and expense reports at the end of the shift.

​Inventory Entry: Entering daily stock/grocery purchases into the computer system.

​Requirements:

​Education: 12th Pass or Graduate.

​Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers with good computer knowledge can apply).

​Skills: Basic Excel, fast typing speed, and familiarity with POS software (like Petpooja/POSist) is a plus.

​Language: Basic English (to read orders) and fluent Hindi.
