Computer Operator / MIS Executive – Job Description

Position: Computer Operator / MIS Executive / Assistant Operations manager

Location: Jaipur / Bais Godam

Type: Full-time

• Responsibilities Manage Excel sheets, inventory data, and stock entries.
• Create reports: purchase, sales, production, costing, and dispatch reports.
• Handle ERP/POS software, barcode generation, and product uploads.
• Assist with website product uploads (Panchranga Online).
• Maintain digital records for factory, retail, and wholesale.
• Provide support for system issues (basic troubleshooting).
• Prepare presentations/documents when required.
• Skills RequiredStrong MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table preferred).
• Good typing speed.
• Basic knowledge of ERP/POS systems.
• Should be reliable, detail-oriented, and fast learner.
