Construction Helper

हम एक मेहनती और जिम्मेदार हेल्पर की तलाश कर रहे हैं जो साइट पर सीनियर टेक्नीशियन की सहायता कर सके। उम्मीदवार को HVAC और कंस्ट्रक्शन से जुड़े कामों में सहयोग करना होगा और दिए गए निर्देशों के अनुसार काम करना होगा।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां:

• सीनियर टेक्नीशियन के साथ साइट पर काम में सहायता करना
• सुपरवाइजर और टेक्नीशियन के निर्देशों का पालन करना
• टूल्स, मटेरियल और इक्विपमेंट को उठाना और ले जाना
• AC सिस्टम (Split, Ductable, VRV/VRF आदि) की इंस्टॉलेशन में सहायता करना
• ड्रिलिंग, पाइप सपोर्ट, इंसुलेशन सपोर्ट जैसे बेसिक काम करना
• साइट की साफ-सफाई और सेफ्टी बनाए रखना
• मटेरियल की लोडिंग और अनलोडिंग करना
• जरूरत पड़ने पर टेस्टिंग और कमीशनिंग में मदद करना
• टूल्स और मटेरियल को सुरक्षित रखना

योग्यता:

• न्यूनतम शिक्षा: 8वीं / 10वीं पास
• कंस्ट्रक्शन या HVAC का अनुभव होना अच्छा है (फ्रेशर भी अप्लाई कर सकते हैं)
• शारीरिक रूप से फिट और मेहनत करने के लिए तैयार
• टीम में काम करने की क्षमता
• बेसिक टूल्स की जानकारी (हो तो बेहतर)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Construction Helper to assist senior technicians on-site. The candidate will support installation, maintenance, and general site activities, ensuring smooth execution of HVAC and construction-related work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior technicians in daily site work and HVAC installations
• Follow instructions given by supervisors and technicians accurately
• Carry tools, materials, and equipment as required
• Help in installation of AC systems (Split, Ductable, VRV/VRF, etc.)
• Perform basic tasks such as drilling, piping support, insulation support, and material handling
• Maintain cleanliness and safety at the work site
• Load and unload materials and equipment
• Support in testing and commissioning activities when required
• Ensure proper handling of tools and avoid damage or loss

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 8th pass
• Prior experience in construction or HVAC work is preferred (freshers can also apply)
• Physically fit and willing to perform manual work
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
• Basic understanding of tools and site work is an advantagE

Skills:
