Construction / Site Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Construction Site Supervisor to manage and monitor day-to-day construction activities at our project sites. The candidate will ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, quality standards, safety norms, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily on-site construction activities and workforce (masons, helpers, contractors).
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and vendors.
• Monitor material usage and prevent wastage at site.
• Ensure timely completion of work according to the project schedule.
• Maintain site records, progress reports, and daily work logs.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and site discipline.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues and report to project manager.
• Check workmanship quality for RCC, masonry, plaster, finishing, and fittings.
• Coordinate inspections and site visits by management or authorities.

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering (preferred).
• Minimum 2–5 years experience as Site Supervisor in residential or commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site safety.
• Ability to read and understand drawings and BOQs.
• Good communication and team management skills.
• Ability to handle labor and subcontractors efficiently.
• Willingness to work on-site full time.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in apartment / housing projects.
• Basic knowledge of measurements and billing.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Honest, disciplined, and responsible attitude.
