The ideal candidate understands design aesthetics, interior décor trends, and storytelling—creating content that enhances brand visibility and drives customer engagement across multiple platforms.

• Key ResponsibilitiesContent CreationCreate engaging photo, video, and short-form content showcasing rugs, styling tips, and design inspirations.
• Develop creative concepts for product shoots, lifestyle shoots, and social campaigns.
• Shoot and edit content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Social Media & BrandingManage and grow social media presence with consistent, on-brand content.
• Plan and execute content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal trends.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce content that supports brand storytelling.
• Copy & Creative WritingWrite captions, product highlights, scripts for videos, and blog-style micro content.
• Create educational content related to rugs—materials, weaving techniques, styling tips, maintenance.
• Strategy & InsightsResearch interior design trends, competitors, and audience behavior to create relevant content.
• Monitor content performance and use insights to refine future content.
