You should have a basic understanding of SEO, including keyword usage, headings, and meta descriptions, and be comfortable writing short-form content such as captions and video scripts. The role requires good research abilities, creativity in developing headlines and ideas, and the discipline to meet deadlines while handling multiple projects. You should be open to feedback, willing to revise content when needed, and able to collaborate effectively with designers and marketers. Familiarity with tools like Google Docs, Grammarly, Canva, or WordPress will be an added advantage.
