Job Title: CDP – Multi-Cuisine (Vegetarian Specialist)Job SummaryWe are looking for a creative and disciplined Vegetarian Chef to lead our multi-cuisine kitchen. The candidate must be an expert in Continental and Italian cuisine, with the ability to deliver high-quality Mexican, Lebanese, and Chinese dishes. A key part of this role is managing the staff kitchen, ensuring nutritious and tasty vegetarian meals for the team.

Key Responsibilities1. Global Veg Specialties

• Continental & Italian: Mastery of eggless pastas, gourmet risottos, vegetable au gratin, and plant-based protein substitutes (like Soya/Tofu/Paneer).
• Mexican & Lebanese: Preparing authentic veg tacos, enchiladas, and refried beans. Mastery of Lebanese cold and hot mezze (Hummus, Mutabal, Falafel, and Manakish).
• Chinese: Expert in stir-fry techniques, Manchurian, veg dim sums, and handling exotic vegetables like bok choy and broccoli with precision.

2. Staff Meal Management (Bulk Cooking)

• Designing a weekly rotation of nutritious vegetarian staff menus that are balanced in protein and fiber.
• Managing bulk production for 50–200+ staff members while maintaining high taste and hygiene standards.

3. Innovation in Veg Protein

• Using modern techniques to make vegetarian food exciting (e.g., smoking vegetables, slow-roasting root vegetables).
• Ensuring no cross-contamination between different vegetable types (Allergens management).
