Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook continental dishes (Italian, French, American, etc.)
- Follow standard recipes and portion control guidelines
- Ensure proper food preparation, seasoning, and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
- Handle kitchen equipment and tools safely
- Monitor stock levels and inform the Head Chef for replenishment
