Cook / Chef

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Cook who can prepare hygienic, tasty, and timely food as per hotel standards. The cook will be responsible for daily kitchen operations, food preparation, cleanliness, and supporting smooth service for guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare food items as per menu and hotel standards
• Ensure taste, quality, and presentation of dishes
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen area at all times
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist in menu preparation and daily food planning
• Ensure proper storage of raw materials and cooked food
• Control food wastage and use ingredients efficiently
• Coordinate with service staff for timely food service
• Maintain kitchen equipment and report any issues
• Prepare staff meals if required
• Requirements & Skills:Basic knowledge of Indian / multi-cuisine cooking
• Experience in hotel, restaurant, or cloud kitchen preferred
• Ability to work long hours and in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to manage kitchen work independently
• Working Hours:10–12 hours per day (shift-based)
