Key Responsibilities

Cooking & Pantry Duties

• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and sometimes meals (breakfast, lunch) for staff and guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock of kitchen, pantry, utensils, and beverage stations.
• Manage inventory of pantry items and office supplies (stationery, etc.).
• Ensure kitchen equipment is clean and in working order. 

Office Support Duties

• Perform general cleaning: sweeping, mopping, dusting, and tidying common areas/workstations.
• Run errands: document delivery, bank deposits, purchasing supplies.
• Assist with setting up for meetings and cleaning up afterward.
• Answer phones and manage basic visitor reception.
