Job Description: Core IT HR Recruiter (Passive Hiring)

Position: Senior Core IT Recruiter

Work Mode: Full-Time / Part-Time / Freelancing/Remote

Total Experience: 6–7 Years (Minimum 2 Years Core IT Hiring Experience, Mandatory)

About the Role

 

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter who specializes in passive candidate sourcing, and LinkedIn-based recruitment. The role involves hiring senior-level IT professionals who are not available on job portals and can only be reached through strategic networking and headhunting.

The recruiter must confidently approach and attract profiles such as:

·        Product Manager / Project Manager

·        Team Lead / Solution Architect

·        Other Senior Technical & Leadership Roles

 

These candidates are usually well-settled, not actively seeking jobs, and require strong pitching skills to create interest in our opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

·        Manage end-to-end hiring for mid-senior and leadership IT roles.

·        Source and engage passive candidates exclusively through LinkedIn, networking, and headhunting.

·        Use advanced LinkedIn search tools, filters, and talent mapping.

·        Approach senior profiles confidently and pitch company vision and role value.

·        Create pipelines for niche and high-CTC roles (30–40 LPA range).

·        Screen candidates for technical fit, leadership capability, and role alignment.

·        Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth communication throughout the process.

·        Maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and candidate databases.

 

Required Skills & Competencies

·        Strong experience in hiring CXO, Senior Managers, Leads, Architects, and niche IT roles.

·        Mandatory proficiency in LinkedIn Talent Search, Boolean search, and passive sourcing.

·        Excellent headhunting, talent mapping, and networking skills.

·        Ability to attract candidates who are not actively looking for opportunities.

·        Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

·        Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of handling confidential mandates.

 

Preferred Attributes

·        Ability to independently manage multiple senior positions.

·        Confidence in interacting with senior leaders and high-CTC candidates.

·        Strong understanding of the IT industry, technologies, and market trends
