Job Description

Role Overview:

As a Corporate Liaison Officer, you will act as the bridge between Leasable 360 and corporate clients, developers, builders, and institutional partners. Your primary responsibility will be to build, nurture, and manage business relationships, driving collaboration and growth opportunities within the real estate ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, developers, and channel partners.

Act as the main point of contact between Leasable 360 and external stakeholders.

Identify new partnership opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to execute business strategies.

Facilitate project tie-ups, leasing deals, and collaboration initiatives with major real estate players.

Coordinate with the marketing, sales, and tech departments to align client needs with company goals.

Represent Leasable 360 in corporate meetings, property events, and networking sessions.

Ensure smooth communication and coordination between clients and internal departments.

Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations for potential business collaborations.


Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate or Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

2–5 years of experience in corporate liaisoning, business development, or client relations (preferably in real estate).

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.

Tech-savvy and comfortable working with CRM and real estate software.

Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
