Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive revenue growth by bringing in new business for our flagship property – Audiowala Bus Stand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring CRM discipline while contributing to strategic business expansion.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • 1. Revenue Generation & Business DevelopmentDrive sales for Audiowala Bus Stand advertising solutions.
  • Identify and onboard new clients across sectors (Retail, Real Estate, Education, FMCG, Healthcare, etc.).
  • Develop and execute strategies for new business acquisition.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.


  • 2. Client Relationship Management
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with advertisers and agencies.
  • Understand client marketing objectives and propose customized solutions.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business.


  • 3. CRM & ReportingMaintain accurate and updated records in CRM.
  • Track pipeline, follow-ups, and deal status regularly.
  • Submit weekly sales reports and performance updates.


  • 4. Market ExpansionIdentify emerging market opportunities.
  • Develop partnerships with local businesses and advertising agencies.
  • Gather market intelligence and competitor insights.
