Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive revenue growth by bringing in new business for our flagship property – Audiowala Bus Stand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring CRM discipline while contributing to strategic business expansion.
- Key Responsibilities
- 1. Revenue Generation & Business DevelopmentDrive sales for Audiowala Bus Stand advertising solutions.
- Identify and onboard new clients across sectors (Retail, Real Estate, Education, FMCG, Healthcare, etc.).
- Develop and execute strategies for new business acquisition.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- 2. Client Relationship Management
- Build strong, long-term relationships with advertisers and agencies.
- Understand client marketing objectives and propose customized solutions.
- Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business.
- 3. CRM & ReportingMaintain accurate and updated records in CRM.
- Track pipeline, follow-ups, and deal status regularly.
- Submit weekly sales reports and performance updates.
- 4. Market ExpansionIdentify emerging market opportunities.
- Develop partnerships with local businesses and advertising agencies.
- Gather market intelligence and competitor insights.
