Counsellor

We are hiring a Counsellor at Maanas Samwaad, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur.

The candidate should be empathetic, confident, and passionate about helping people improve their mental well-being.

Responsibilities:

Clients ki baat dhyaan se sunna aur unko emotional support dena

Stress, anxiety, overthinking, relationship issues aur daily life problems mein guidance dena

One-on-one counselling sessions conduct karna (offline/online)

Client records maintain karna (confidentiality ke saath)

Client ka progress follow-up karna

Appointment scheduling aur basic coordination manage karna

Safe, non-judgmental environment create karna

Required Skills:

Achhi communication & listening skills

Empathy aur patience

Basic counselling knowledge (CBT/REBT advantage par required nahi)

Professional & ethical behaviour

Confidentiality maintain karne ki ability

Eligibility:

Education: Psychology Graduate or Postgraduate (BA/BSc/MA/MSc Psychology, MSW, Counselling Diploma acceptable)

Experience: Fresher ya Experience (0–2 years)

Age: 18–35 years (Male/Female)
