Creative Director Cum Social Media Manager

We are a fast-growing social media agency helping brands create impactful content that connects, engages, and converts. We’re looking for a Creative Director & Social Media Manager who can own the creative vision while also managing day-to-day social media operations across multiple clients.

• Creative LeadershipDevelop and implement the overall creative strategy for the agency and client accounts.
• Lead ideation, scripting, and visual direction across all content formats — including reels, posts, stories, and digital campaigns.
• Review and approve all content prior to publishing to ensure alignment with brand guidelines, tone, and quality standards.
• Inspire, mentor, and guide the creative team — including content strategists, production crew, and design professionals — to achieve exceptional creative output.
• Social Media ManagementPlan and manage posting schedules across all relevant platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) ensuring timely and consistent uploads.
• Oversee audience engagement by monitoring activity, responding to comments and DMs, and nurturing an active online community.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics (reach, engagement, saves, shares) to refine and enhance content strategy.
• Coordinate with the Influencer & PR team to plan and execute collaborations, influencer partnerships, and promotional campaigns.
