Full job description

We are looking for a passionate and creative Creative Head who can lead brand strategy while driving creative execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a strong brand presence, developing innovative campaigns, and leading the creative team to deliver impactful brand communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand strategies to strengthen brand identity and market presence
• Lead creative direction for branding, marketing campaigns, and promotions
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging, visuals, and tone across all platforms
• Manage and guide the creative and marketing team effectively
• Conceptualize and execute creative ideas for digital, print, and offline media
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities
• Collaborate with internal teams to align brand and business objectives
• Monitor brand performance and campaign effectiveness

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in branding, marketing, or creative roles
• Strong creative mindset with strategic thinking abilities
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Good understanding of branding, storytelling, and visual communication
• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and brand development tools
