Experience: Minimum 1 Year (NBFC – HL / Mortgage Loan)

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month

Role & Responsibilities:

• Handle loan files received from the Sales Team.
• Conduct PD (Personal Discussion) with customers.
• Evaluate customer creditworthiness, income, and repayment capacity.
• Prepare and raise files for Legal and Technical evaluation.
• Verify documents and ensure compliance with credit policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams, legal, and technical vendors.
• Manage and track loan files from login till disbursement.
• Ensure timely closure of conditions and disbursement process.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in NBFC (Home Loan / Mortgage Loan).
• Strong understanding of credit appraisal and PD process.
• Knowledge of legal & technical evaluation for secured loans.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
