Job Description
CRM Executive / CRM Manager – Real Estate
Responsibilities
* Maintain and update the CRM system with all leads, clients, and follow-up details.
* Track customer interactions, site visits, calls, and deal progress.
* Manage relationships with existing clients and ensure regular communication.
* Handle customer requirements, queries, feedback, and coordinate issue resolution.
* Support the sales team with lead tracking, documentation, and deal closure updates.
* Manage resale, rental, and referral leads effectively.
* Build strong customer relationships to improve repeat sales and future referrals.
* Prepare daily and weekly reports on leads, sales activity, and customer feedback.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business / Management / any graduate).
* Experience in *real estate sales, CRM, or customer relationship management*.
* Good understanding of CRM systems and sales processes.
* Strong communication and coordination skills.
* Detail-oriented with good organizational ability.

* CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or any real estate CRM)
