Role Overview As a CRM Executive – Order Confirmation, you will be the primary point of contact for customers post-purchase, ensuring a smooth order confirmation process and an excellent onboarding experience. You’ll coordinate between sales, operations, and customer support to ensure timely confirmation, communication, and delivery of study materials.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and confirm all customer orders received through online and offline channels.
  • Communicate proactively with customers via call, email, or WhatsApp to confirm order details and payment verification.
  • Update CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or in-house tools) with accurate customer and order information.
  • Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
  • Address customer queries related to order confirmation, payment issues, or delivery status.
  • Track and report daily order confirmation metrics and resolve discrepancies.
  • Identify and escalate recurring issues to improve order and CRM processes.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in customer interactions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 1 year of experience in CRM, customer service, or order management (preferably in e-commerce or EdTech).
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Hindi.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar).
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-first mindset with a focus on timely resolution.
