Role Overview As a CRM Executive – Order Confirmation, you will be the primary point of contact for customers post-purchase, ensuring a smooth order confirmation process and an excellent onboarding experience. You’ll coordinate between sales, operations, and customer support to ensure timely confirmation, communication, and delivery of study materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and confirm all customer orders received through online and offline channels.
- Communicate proactively with customers via call, email, or WhatsApp to confirm order details and payment verification.
- Update CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or in-house tools) with accurate customer and order information.
- Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Address customer queries related to order confirmation, payment issues, or delivery status.
- Track and report daily order confirmation metrics and resolve discrepancies.
- Identify and escalate recurring issues to improve order and CRM processes.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in customer interactions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in CRM, customer service, or order management (preferably in e-commerce or EdTech).
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar).
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-first mindset with a focus on timely resolution.
