CRM Executive

Job Summary

Chart Group is looking for an experienced CRM Executive to manage customer relationships and support clients throughout the loan lifecycle. The role requires strong communication skills, CRM expertise, and close coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage a detailed CRM database for all loan clients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients from initial inquiry to loan disbursement and post-disbursement support.
• Address client queries, concerns, and service requests promptly and professionally.
• Track client communications, follow-ups, and loan application progress to ensure timely responses and actions.
• Ensure CRM data aligns with company policies and supports loan processing requirements.
• Explain loan products, terms, and conditions clearly and effectively to clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams (underwriting, finance, legal, operations) to ensure smooth processing of loan applications.
• Manage client expectations and keep them informed about loan status and progress.
• Support clients during loan approval and closing stages, assisting with documentation and required information.
