CRM Manager

Overview:

The Customer Relation Manager will lead, manage, and own the customer relations function. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless customer experience, fostering long-term loyalty, and enhancing the company's reputation. The role requires managing the end-to-end lifecycle of customer interactions, from pre-sales to post-delivery, and driving strategies for customer retention, satisfaction, and growth. 

Experience

• 6+ year of experience in Customer Relations/Customer Handling
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts and Customer. Attending customer queries.
• Prepare documents on SAP.
• Communicating the documents in SAP
• Followup with customers for payment.
• Experience in Excel (Pivot, Vlookup, Macros)
• Coordinating with Customers, Sales, Accounts Teams
• Knowledge in logistics (Regarding the delivery, how much time it will take time to deliver.)
• Tracking reverse pickup
• Team Handling Experience
