Curation Specialist (Gifting Division)

Role Summary:

The Curation Specialist will be responsible for identifying, researching, and developing new gifting ideas, concepts, and designs. The role focuses on creating innovative and luxury gift collections tailored for VIP clients. The candidate must have strong market research skills, creativity, and the ability to convert ideas into practical gifting products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new gift concepts, themes, and design ideas for luxury gifting collections.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings.
• Curate unique and high-quality products suitable for corporate and VIP gifting.
• Work closely with vendors, artisans, and designers to bring ideas to final production.
• Evaluate product samples and ensure quality standards are met.
• Present curated concepts with mood boards, sketches, or sample kits.
• Coordinate with the branding and procurement teams for packaging innovation.
• Manage timelines for new product development and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain records of designs, product specifications, costings, and vendor details.
• Suggest improvements and upgrades for existing product lines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Fashion, Creativity, Product Development, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in gifting industry / product curation / creative design (preferred).
• Strong creativity and visualization skills.
• Knowledge of current trends in lifestyle, luxury, and gifting products.
• Ability to create presentations, mood boards, and concept outlines.
• Good communication and vendor coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, or any design tools (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
