Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with team members to understand project needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are aligned with business objectives. You will engage in problem-solving discussions and contribute to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design and build Salesforce Lightning Web Components - Able to troubleshoot with debugging skills - Perform Impact analysis - Perform Code Review and Code Optimization on APEX - Can create technical design from Functional design/Requirement - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of application processes and workflows. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must have at least 1 Salesforce certifications - Must have more than 2 years of LWC experience (Salesforce Lightning Aura Components will add value) - Must have Salesforce Configuration knowledge including but not limited to Workflows, Validations, Approval Process, Security Model, Data Model. - Must be Salesforce Customization knowledge experience including but not limited to APEX, Visual Force, Triggers, Batch, Schedule Apex, VF Components, Test Class. Majority experience should be pure development/customization using LWC. - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Apex programming and Visualforce. - Strong understanding of web development principles and practices. - Familiarity with Salesforce platform features and functionalities. - Experience in integrating third-party applications with Salesforce. - Must have good communication skill - Capable of working in client facing roles - Capable of coaching and mentoring junior resources Additional Information: - This role is for a Salesforce project - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
