Summary:
As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with various stakeholders to gather insights, analyzing user needs, and translating them into functional specifications. You will engage in discussions with team members to ensure that the design aligns with business objectives, while also addressing any challenges that arise during the development process. Your role will require a balance of creativity and technical expertise to deliver effective solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in application design.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Node.js.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Angular.
- Strong understanding of application architecture and design principles.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Experience in version control systems such as Git.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Node.js.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
