Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. You will engage in understanding the requirements, translating them into functional software solutions, and ensuring that the applications align with organizational goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders to refine application features and continuous improvement of the software environment are integral parts of your daily activities, fostering an efficient and effective business operation.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal system performance.
- Document application configurations and development processes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM.
- Experience in designing and configuring enterprise applications to meet complex business requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges effectively.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices in application development.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Experience with integration and customization within Workday environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Workday Core HCM.
- This position is based at our Jaipur office.
