You will engage in understanding the requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the solutions fit the intended purpose, and continuously refining the applications to enhance their effectiveness and efficiency. Your role is pivotal in transforming business needs into functional software components that support organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
- Ensure the quality and performance of applications through thorough testing and debugging.
- Maintain documentation related to application design, configuration, and deployment.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting in problem-solving.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Strong understanding of component-based architecture and modular design principles.
- Experience with client-side scripting and asynchronous programming techniques.
- Ability to integrate Salesforce applications with external systems using APIs.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Knowledge of best practices in application security and data protection.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
