Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Advisor – Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the vehicle purchasing process to ensure a seamless and satisfying experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in and online customers professionally.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles and services.
• Demonstrate vehicle features, specifications, and benefits clearly.
• Conduct test drives and explain vehicle performance.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.
• Follow up with leads via calls, emails, and visits.
• Coordinate with finance and insurance teams to assist customers with documentation.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, competitor offerings, and market trends.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of sales documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in automobile or retail sales (freshers with strong communication skills may apply).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Customer-centric approach with problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity.
• Valid driving license (preferred).
