Job Description

We are seeking a customer-focused, empathetic Customer Support Executive to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth customer experience across all support channels.

Key Responsibilities


  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, or social media
  • Resolve product or service issues promptly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and tickets
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when required
  • Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
  • Provide product information and guidance to customers
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and response time targets

Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Basic computer knowledge (CRM tools, MS Office, Google Workspace)
  • Willingness to work in shifts (if applicable)

Preferred Qualifications


  • Prior experience in customer support or call center roles
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce, etc.
  • Multilingual skills (optional)
