Position: Customer Support Executive
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Job Overview:
We are looking for a Customer
Support Executive to handle customer coordination, billing, and operational support activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare and share quotations with clients as per requirements.
· Process billing and maintain accurate records of invoices.
· Arrange and coordinate transportation/logistics for customer orders.
· Follow up with clients for timely payments and maintain outstanding records.
· Address basic customer inquiries and provide updates regarding orders and services.
· Coordinate with internal teams (sales, accounts, logistics) for smooth order execution.
· Maintain customer records and documentation systematically in CRM/ERP.
· Assist in streamlining support processes and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
- Female candidates preferred.
· Educational Background: Candidates from a Science background preferred.
· Experience: 0–2 years in customer service, billing, or office coordination roles.
· Strong communication and documentation skills.
· Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and comfort with billing systems.
· Good organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
· Patience, professionalism, and customer-focused attitude.
· Bachelor’s degree preferred.
· Commitment: Selected candidates will be required to sign a 2-year agreement (after successful completion of probation period).
