Customer Care Executive

About the Role:We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their queries are addressed with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a timely and courteous manner.
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests with efficiency and empathy.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.
• Provide product/service information to customers and assist in troubleshooting.
• Escalate complex issues to the concerned department and ensure timely resolution.
• Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team to improve processes.
• Meet performance metrics including response time, customer satisfaction, and quality standards.
• Requirements:Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
• 0–2 years of experience in customer service / call center / client servicing
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Good problem-solving and active listening skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
