Customer Care Executive

About us: KRISHAZ is a fast-growing Jewellery wholesale brand serving retailers across India. We operate through a modern, automated wholesale system and focus on delivering a smooth, professional buying experience.

We are looking for a responsible, energetic, and detail-oriented Customer Care Executive to manage daily customer communication and order coordination.

• 🛠 Key Responsibilities: Reply to customer enquiries on WhatsApp, Email, Instagram & Facebook
• Take and process manual orders accurately
• Order Processing & Updates
• Orders Follow Up
• Payment confirmation & maintaining payment records
• Coordinate with warehouse/dispatch team to ensure timely dispatch
• Ensure all orders are shipped on time
• Resolve customer concerns politely and professionally
• Maintain proper communication and order records
• Ensure high customer satisfaction

• 🎯 Preferred Candidate Profile: Energetic applicant with good academic background and sound decision-making ability
• Experienced applicants are welcome; if not experienced, short training will be provided
• Good command of English (fluency is a bonus)
• Strong knowledge of computers, MS Office & MS Excel
• Comfortable with basic mathematics for day-to-day calculations
• Ability to handle multiple chats and tasks efficiently
• Responsible, disciplined and organized

• 💼 Experience: 1–2 years experience in customer support / ecommerce preferred
• Freshers with strong communication and learning ability can apply
• ⏰ Working Hours[Mention timing – e.g., 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM]
• Monday to Saturday 6 Days Working

• 💰 Salary: Based on experience (₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month or as per discussion)
