Key Responsibilities:

✔ Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media for all three brands.

✔ Order Management: Assist with order tracking, returns, replacements, and cancellations.

✔ Problem Solving: Address customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.

✔ Product Knowledge: Stay updated on all products and help customers with customization options.

✔ Feedback & Improvement: Gather customer insights and share suggestions to enhance service quality.

✔ Retention & Loyalty: Promote our subscription models and app benefits to drive repeat purchases.
