Customer Care Executive

Dreamslly Private LImited is looking for a Non-Voice Customer Care Executive to manage written customer communication for our international jewelry business. This role focuses on handling customer queries through chat, email, and order systems—no calling required.

• Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer queries via email, chat, and support tickets
• Handle order-related questions (order status, customization, shipping updates)
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and updates
• Maintain professional, polite, and clear written communication
• Update customer records and follow up on pending queries
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely responses
• RequirementsGood English written communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge (email, Google Docs, Excel)
• Ability to understand customer requirements clearly
• Calm, patient, and customer-focused approach
• Prior experience in e-commerce / customer support is a plus (not mandatory)
