Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Job OverviewWe are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Lead Generation Executives / Telecallers who will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, and supporting the sales team in identifying prospective clients. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to engage with prospects effectively.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake 150–200 outbound calls per day to prospective clients to generate leads.
• Identify and qualify potential prospects through cold calling and follow-ups.
• Use multiple lead generation techniques such as cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.
• Identify decision-makers within target organizations and build professional relationships.
• Maintain and update lead details and call records in the CRM system.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
• Stay updated with company products/services to communicate value propositions effectively.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
• RequirementsExperience in telecalling, lead generation, outbound sales, or telemarketing is preferred.
• Freshers are also welcome to apply.
• Good to excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Education12th Pass / Diploma / Undergraduate / Graduate / Postgraduate candidates can apply.
