Job Title: Customer Care Representative

Location: Jaipur, Gurgaon

Work Schedule:

- Work From Office - WFO only

- 5 to 5.5 days of working with rotational shifts (majorly night shifts)

- 9 to 9.5 hours per day, including 1 hour of break

- Rotational week-offs

- Cabs available both ways for odd hours only ( 50% cost from emp)

Salary and Benefits:26k CTC to 36k CTC (Depends on your Communication and Experience)

Requirements:

- Excellent English Communication Required

- Graduates & Undergraduates both can apply

- Excellent communication skills in English

- Good Technical ana non technical aptitude

- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts

- No leaves allowed for the first three months, except for weekly offs
