We are hiring a Customer Relationship Executive for Sarv.com on the payroll of The Hiring Company. The role involves handling customer interactions, building strong relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication in Hindi and English.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally

Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently

Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups

Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution

Ensure excellent customer experience and service quality

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Good communication skills in Hindi and English

Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills

Basic computer knowledge

Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
