Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Operations & Order Fulfillment Executive who will handle day-to-day order processing, packaging, and inventory management. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to earn performance-based incentives on top of a fixed salary.

Key Responsibilities

1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

• Process daily incoming orders accurately
• Ensure timely order consumption/confirmation in the system
• Coordinate dispatch to ensure maximum successful deliveries

2. Packaging & Dispatch SupportPack products securely as per brand standards

• Ensure correct SKU, quantity, and labeling for every order
• Assist in daily dispatch operations

3. Inventory ManagementMaintain accurate inventory records (inward, outward, and balance stock)

• Flag low-stock items in advance
• Assist in stock audits and reconciliation

4. Delivery & Performance TrackingTrack number of delivered orders vs RTO/returns

• Maintain basic daily and monthly order reports
• Work towards improving delivery success rate
• Incentives & Compensation Structure
• Fixed Monthly Salary: As discussed during interview

Performance Incentive:

• Incentives start after 250 successful delivered orders per month
• ₹50 per successful delivery above 250 orders

• Example:If 500 orders are successfully delivered in a month
• Incentive-eligible orders = 500 − 250 = 250 orders
• Incentive = 250 × ₹50 = ₹12,500 (additional income)

Higher deliveries = higher earnings. No upper cap on incentives.

• Required Skills & QualitiesBasic understanding of order processing and inventory
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Physically comfortable with packaging work
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, order dashboards, etc.)
• Honest, punctual, and process-driven
• Willingness to take ownership of daily operations
