Job Title: CRM Manager – Telecalling & Client Relations

Location: Jaipur

Type: Full-time

Role Overview

We’re looking for a CRM Manager to lead our telecalling and client engagement efforts. This role is about building relationships, not just making calls. You’ll manage the CRM system, oversee calling workflows, track leads, follow-ups, and ensure no opportunity slips through the cracks.

You will be responsible for turning conversations into conversions and data into insights.

Key Responsibilities

CRM & Data Management

  • Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate client information
  • Segment clients based on categories, interests, buying behavior, and engagement level
  • Track leads, follow-ups, conversions, and drop-offs
  • Create and manage call schedules and reminders

Telecalling & Lead Management

  • Oversee daily calling operations (self + team, if applicable)
  • Handle outbound calls to potential buyers to visit the show
  • Manage inbound inquiries and assign them appropriately
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and relationship nurturing
  • Qualify leads and move them through the sales funnel

Reporting & Insights

  • Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports on call performance, lead status, and conversions
  • Share insights with sales, marketing, and leadership teams
  • Identify gaps, trends, and opportunities

Process Optimization

  • Improve calling scripts, workflows, and client communication tone
  • Set SOPs for follow-ups, reminders, and escalations
  • Ensure high-quality client experience on every call

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years experience in CRM handling and telecalling operations
  • Strong experience with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable with targets, tracking, and performance metrics
  • Calm, polite, and professional with clients
